| I thought your service was great. You made every effort to make things work for us. For example we were out of town people and you drove us to our hotel so we could leave our car with you, and you gave us a fair assessment of the work that needed to be done. You didn't try to take advantage of us, and/or pressure us with repairs that didn't really need to be done. Honestly I will never take my car to a large chain repair shop ever again. If I am ever in town again and we need a car repair you will be called! |
